Refund Policy
Last updated:
Corps Navigator credits are one-time digital-service purchases. They do not expire under the current product terms and have no cash value. This policy explains when MCK Strategy LLC will refund the unused portion of a credit purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Fourteen-day request period
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after a credit purchase. A refund is limited to the whole unused credits that remain attributable to that purchase. Credits already consumed by completed work are nonrefundable except for a service error or when applicable law requires otherwise.
How eligibility is determined
Corps Navigator applies credit usage to the oldest available purchased credits first. The maximum eligible amount subtracts credits already consumed and any prior refund linked to the purchase. A request may remain pending while an active credit hold could change the unused balance. Refunds are issued only in whole-credit amounts and cannot exceed the amount originally paid for the eligible unused credits.
Failed work and billing errors
A failed AI task is not charged unless a durable successful result exists. Because no settled charge is due for failed work, releasing a temporary hold is not a cash refund. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be investigated and corrected. If a service error consumed credits without delivering the promised durable result, contact us so we can reconcile the credit ledger and payment record.
Refund method
Approved cash refunds ordinarily return to the original payment method where feasible. Processor timing and financial-institution posting times vary. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred as cash, or refunded after the eligible purchase amount has already been returned.
How to request a refund
Email support@corpsnav.com from the email address on your Corps Navigator account. Include the purchase date and enough information to identify the purchase, but do not email payment-card details or provider secrets. We may request identity verification before acting on the request.
